How will my order be delivered to me?

You will get a confirmation email after placing your order. Your order number and the expected delivery date will be informed to you.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

You cannot add new products to an order that has already been placed, but you can always place a new order for the products you wish to purchase. Please get in touch with us at customer care if you want to remove items from your order and cancel it so that a new order can be placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with the shipment details. Along with the AWB and consignment number, it will also list the courier service's name. You can write to us at order@andtheoats.com or visit their website to track your order.

Are there any shipping charges?

All orders above Rs.250 get FREE Shipping with us. The shipping costs that are displayed at checkout should be regarded as final.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash-On-Delivery is available at no extra cost.

How long will it take for the order to be delivered?

After receiving the order, we dispatch the products within 2 working days. Your shipment will arrive within 5-7 working days post order placement. However, please allow extra time for remote locations and unexpected weather conditions.
